Welsh Government is supporting nine Welsh businesses across manufacturing, tech and education sectors in a virtual trade mission between January 25 and April 2, aimed at exchanging knowledge and strengthening trade relations between the two nations.

The companies: Atlantic Service Company, Celtic English Academy, Cimteq, Cotech Sensitising, Football Association of Wales Trust, GTW Developments Group, Misa Harada Millinery, NPTC Group of Colleges, and Wye Valley Meadery will look to forge closer ties with China, with Wales already hosting Chinese-backed businesses Acerchem and Northern Automotive, and 19 Chinese-owned companies employing more than 2,500 people based here. China is also in the top 10 export markets for Welsh products.
