ADIPEC is an international platform convening global energy producers, consumers and innovators to accelerate game-changing solutions and transformational progress for the future of energy. As in previous years, a trade delegation from Wales will be exhibiting at ADIPEC, seeking to network with key players in the energy sector, foster valuable contacts and find new export markets in the Middle East and elsewhere for their products and services.
Key Facts
- In 2018, the UAE was Wales’ seventh-largest export destination (a total of £498million) and second only to the USA out of all non-EU markets.
- Twenty-one Welsh firms participated in the 2019 trade mission to ADIPEC in Abu Dhabi – one of the world’s biggest trade shows for the oil and gas sector.
